New Practice Members
at Core Chiropractic and Wellness Center

At Core Chiropractic and Wellness Center, every new practice member has a 15-20 minute consultation to discuss your concerns and see if our whole-body approach matches your goals. Dr. Brett and Dr. Raechel listen, explain our view of health and healing, and help you decide whether to move forward. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and suggest other resources.
ONLINE FORMS
What to Bring and Wear
Wear comfortable clothing; if digital X-rays are needed, pants with an elastic waist help, though jeans are fine. New practice member paperwork and instructions are emailed so you can complete them at home and send insurance information early, allowing Dr. Brett to review your health history and our team to verify benefits before your visit.
What to Expect
1. Your First Visit
Plan about an hour for your initial exam, usually right after your consultation. We assess the chiropractic and metabolic aspects of your health and perform neurologic and orthopedic tests. Digital X-rays are taken if needed, and we typically finish with the NeuroInfiniti stress response evaluation.
2. Day Two: Report and First Adjustment
At your report of findings visit, we explain what’s happening in your body, the estimated length of care, and the tools and therapies that may help you heal. If you’re ready, your first adjustment happens at this visit, and you can schedule your care plan with options like convenient auto-debit.
