Yes. We welcome new patients and begin with a consultation to see if our approach fits your goals.

Do you adjust babies?

Yes. Pediatric adjustments use the same gentle pressure you'd use to check if a tomato is ripe.

Do I need a referral from a physician to see you?

No referral is needed. You can contact us anytime to schedule a consultation, and we'll coordinate with other providers if you'd like.

Will you suggest exercises or other things I can do after my visit?

Yes. We often recommend stretches, at-home supports, and in-office tools like wobble chairs or vibration plates.

How much does my insurance cover?

Coverage varies by plan. We verify your benefits before your first visit and review them with you; if insurance doesn't apply, we cap your Day 1 investment at $300.

What can I expect on my first visit?

After your consultation, we'll complete an exam that may include chiropractic and neurological testing, metabolic stress point assessment, digital X-rays, and NeuroInfiniti stress response evaluation. At your second visit, we'll review the results and present a personalized care plan.

How long will my visits be?

Your first appointment is about an hour for consultation, examination, and testing. Follow-up visits are shorter and based on your care plan.

Where is the entrance to your office?

Our entrance is located on the back side of the building. We are the only entrance in the back, so please drive around to the rear of the building to access the office. If you are looking from the front, you will not see door #2. Once you pull around back, the entrance is easy to spot.

Core Chiropractic and Wellness Center is located in a large building in the heart of downtown Burlington. You’ll find us between Casey’s gas station and a local bank, with the railroad tracks running alongside our building. The post office is nearby, and you can see the police station from our location. We’re easy to spot once you drive around to the back—our entrance is the only set of double doors facing the railroad tracks, with dedicated VIP parking right at the door.
