Meet Dr. Brett Moran

Burlington Roots and Whole-Person Chiropractic Care
Dr. Brett Moran was born and raised in Burlington, where he developed a deep connection to the community he now serves. After earning his undergraduate degree at UW-Whitewater, he pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic, graduating in 2010.
Together, they literally built their first practice in 2011—Brett used his family’s construction background to help create the space by hand. In 2020, they expanded into their current bright, open office, which they also built out themselves. That same hands-on, nothing-is-impossible approach defines how Dr. Brett cares for every practice member who walks through the door.
Personal Experience Shapes His Approach
Dr. Brett’s path to chiropractic care is intertwined with both his own and his family’s health experiences. While Dr. Raechel faced severe back pain from spondylolisthesis in her twenties, which heavily influenced their path, Dr. Brett’s years playing rugby and other sports left him managing post-concussion issues and chronic inflammation. These personal challenges opened his eyes to how physical dysfunction, pain, and lingering health issues can steal one’s quality of life. Both he and Dr. Raechel looked for answers beyond standard care, which led them to explore functional medicine, metabolic health, and nutrition—now cornerstones of their practice philosophy.
